PARTNER WITH A GREAT REALTOR
During our initial consultation, we'll go over all the major need-to-knows, including the home sale process, major transactional milestones, and more. This initial meeting is all about getting to know your needs and making sure we're a good fit.
Step #2
To get eyes on your home, we need to make sure your property is presenting well in photos and in person. As part of my service, I'll complete a thorough walk through of your home to make staging and home preparation suggestions before we list.
PERFORM A HOME WALK THROUGH
Depending on your home prep budget and ability, you'll have an opportunity to work through my list of suggestions for getting your home ready to hit the market. If outside help is needed, I'm here with a list of vetted contractors to get the job done.

STAGE & PREPARE THE HOME
I work with the best local photographers to capture your home's inherent beauty and help it stand out against the competition. Once the photos are ready, I'll list the home on the multiple listing system and field any inquiries about your property.

PHOTOGRAPH & LIST THE HOME
Our goal is to get as many potential buyers looking at your home as possible. To do this, we'll host open houses and I'll coordinate private showings. If you're still living in the home, we'll agree on a schedule that works for you to make the home available.

Once we've accepted an offer on your home (and popped the bubbly), I'll manage the contract contingencies to closing, including coordinating your home inspection and appraisal and tackling any potential contract addendums along the way.
